Since its formation in 1996, Cairde Rince Céilí na hÉireann has made the promotion of céilí dancing among young people a priority. Therefore 80% of our work is concentrated in primary and secondary schools. Every year almost 10,000 children take part in 8 week courses in céilí dancing in schools throughout the country. Each course is followed by a Fíor-Chéilí na nÓg (Childrens’ céilí) for the participating schools in each region. Please click here to download an application form for your school.
